Bee+Hive Artist Collective invites local artisans, makers, and creatives to showcase their work at our weekly pop-up market—held every Friday alongside the bustling Garden Grove Car Show.

With built-in foot traffic and a community-centered vibe, this is the perfect opportunity to gain exposure, build your audience, and sell your work directly to the public.

 

Vendor Details:

  • 🌿 Time: Fridays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

  • 📍 Location: 12951 Main St, Garden Grove, CA | Black Umbrella Tattoo & Art Gallery

  • 💼 Booth Includes: One standard 6' folding table (optional to use your own display)

  • 🚗 Bonus Foot Traffic: Direct flow from the weekly Garden Grove Car Show

 

Vendor Fees:

  • Inaugural Rate: $50 per date

  • Early Bird Special: $25 (must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance)

  • Multi-Date Discount: $40 per date when booking 3 dates at once

    • Note: No refunds. Rescheduling is allowed with notice, subject to availability.

 

Spaces are limited.

Between 6–8 vendors per market to ensure visibility and quality. First come, first served.

Vendor Agreement

(Must Be Acknowledged Before Submission)


By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Vendor Fee: I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable. I may request a reschedule with advance notice, subject to availability.

  • Setup: I will arrive in time to set up and be ready by 3:00 PM on the event day. I understand the event runs from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

  • Space: I am responsible for managing my own setup and sales. A 6' table will be provided if requested, or I may bring my own display.

  • Conduct: I agree to maintain a respectful and professional presence at the event and follow all instructions from BHAC staff.

  • Liability: I release Bee+Hive Artist Collective and the hosting venue from liability for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during the event.

  • Promotion: I give BHAC permission to use photos of my booth or products for promotional purposes.
