Copyright Policy for Bee Hive Artist Collective (BHAC)

1. Introduction
   1.1. Bee Hive Artist Collective (BHAC) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its members and users to do the same.
   1.2. This Copyright Policy outlines BHAC's approach to copyright infringement and the procedures for addressing copyright complaints.

2. Ownership of Content
   2.1. All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, and audio files, posted on the BHAC website is the property of BHAC or its respective owners.
   2.2. BHAC does not claim ownership of content submitted by its members, but members grant BHAC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purposes of promoting BHAC and its activities.

3. Copyright Infringement
   3.1. BHAC prohibits the posting, uploading, or sharing of content that infringes upon the copyrights of others.
   3.2. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content posted on the BHAC website, please submit a written copyright infringement notice to BHAC's designated Copyright Agent.

4. Copyright Infringement Notice
   4.1. To file a copyright infringement notice, please provide the following information:
       - A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
       - Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
       - Identification of the infringing material and its location on the BHAC website.
       - Sufficient information to enable BHAC to contact the complaining party, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address.
       - A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
       - A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

5. Counter Notification
   5.1. If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification to BHAC's designated Copyright Agent.
   5.2. The counter notification must include the following:
       - A physical or electronic signature of the user.
       - Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
       - A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
       - The user's name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the user's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which BHAC may be found, and that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

6. Repeat Infringers
   6.1. BHAC reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
