BHAC Volunteer Exchange Program

At Bee + Hive Artist Collective (BHAC), we believe access to creative opportunities should never depend solely on finances. The Volunteer Exchange Program allows artists, students, and community members to earn a full BHAC membership through meaningful contributions of time, skill, and service.
Whether you’re helping install exhibits, creating digital content, or supporting events, your participation strengthens the hive and keeps our creative ecosystem thriving.
How it Works
Each volunteer agrees to contribute 5–10 hours per month in exchange for all standard BHAC member benefits, including:

Eligibility to participate in BHAC artist showcases and markets
Volunteer Roles
You can choose a focus area aligned with your skills or career goals:
Terms & Commitment
Minimum commitment: 3-month cycle, renewable upon review
Time: 5–10 volunteer hours per month
Volunteers report tasks and hours through a shared Google Sheet or form each month
At the end of each cycle, volunteers receive:
A digital letter of recognition
Continued membership benefits upon successful completion
