FEATURED ARTISTS

Colleen Flynn

Colleen Flynn's work is instantly recognizable for its bold color, dynamic texture, and unmistakable sense of movement. Working primarily with a palette knife, the Los Angeles-based artist creates expressive paintings that balance abstract energy with moments of realism, inviting viewers into landscapes of emotion, memory, and place.

Flynn's artistic voice has been shaped by a life lived across diverse environments, from her early years in Seattle to time spent in London, Montana, and Southern California. These experiences inform a body of work that is both deeply personal and universally resonant, infused with a vibrant palette and an appreciation for the beauty found in everyday moments.

Trained at the Art Institute of Seattle and the Pratt Fine Arts Center, Flynn has exhibited in galleries and private collections throughout the United States. In recent years, her practice expanded into a celebrated coastal-inspired collection, born from the quiet reflection and longing for open shorelines experienced during the beach closures of 2020. Through every piece, Flynn captures not only a scene, but the feeling of being fully present within it.
