WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees are non-refundable unless Bee+Hive Artist Collective cancels the workshop.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant or request a transfer to a future workshop with at least 48 hours' notice.

Transfers requested less than 48 hours before the workshop may not be accommodated.

Bee+Hive Artist Collective occasionally photographs or records workshops for educational and promotional purposes.

□ I understand photographs or video may be taken during the workshop.

□ I grant permission for Bee+Hive Artist Collective to use images in future marketing and educational materials.

□ I prefer not to appear in promotional photographs.​

​Outdoor workshops will proceed in light rain or overcast conditions whenever possible.

If severe weather requires rescheduling, participants will be notified by email and text no later than two hours before the scheduled start time.
