From One Artist's Journey to a Community Movement: Bee+Hive Artist Collective Featured in VoyageLA

Every artist has a story.

Some begin in childhood sketchbooks. Others emerge after years of searching for the courage to create. For Bee+Hive Artist Collective founder Sharon Rene, the journey has been one of following creativity wherever it led, eventually discovering that the greatest work wasn't simply making art, but building a place where artists could thrive together.

More Than an Interview

Bee+Hive Artist Collective was never intended to be just another networking group or exhibition opportunity. It was built on a simple belief:

BHAC exists to change that.

Our mission is to create spaces where artists can connect, exhibit their work, learn from one another, and build sustainable creative careers through collaboration instead of competition.

Creative careers rarely follow a straight line. They require persistence, curiosity, and the willingness to keep creating even when the path forward isn't obvious.

Tomorrow, that vision reaches even further through expanded educational programming, creative travel experiences, artist residencies, and ultimately the dream of The Hive Sanctuary, a dedicated space where artists can create, learn, exhibit, and belong.

Every new member, volunteer, partner, collector, and supporter helps bring that vision closer to reality.
